Job description
This role requires hands-on experience on projects that are conducted by Voigue. The ideal candidate should log in to all the platforms that are being used for the projects and ensure that the work is being conducted in an optimal manner.
- Monitor the workload
- Assure the quality of work
- Conducting test calls and chats to the team members on a regular basis to make sure all members are properly logged in to all the platforms.
KPI monitoring
- Maintain the KPI tracker with each employee’s status
- Have weekly meetings with each team member to determine performance against set KPIs
- Have monthly meetings with the management and team members individually to evaluate individual employee progress.
- Report to the management regarding progress and concerns of the team KPIs
- Weekly meetings with the management to discuss improvement opportunities for each project
Client satisfaction
- Send a survey to all clients every month and monitor client satisfaction (questions should change)
- Maintain a record of the survey results
- Inform management about the progress and concerns immediately
HR/ Admin
- Preparation of documentation to employment
- Maintaining Salary records and other databases
- Physical file maintenance
- Talent acquisition and handling interviews
Internships
- Be involved with internship program conducted by Voigue
- Be involved with internship training
Attend to other ongoing admin tasks
Qualification and experience
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Data Analytics preferred
